Data Protection at Newbridge Learning Community 

At Newbridge Learning Community, we are committed to protecting the personal data of our students, staff, parents, and wider community. We ensure that all data is handled responsibly and in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. 

Our Approach to Data Protection 

We only collect and process personal data when it is necessary and with a clear purpose. Our practices are guided by the following principles:

Who Oversees Data Protection? 

Our appointed Data Protection Officer (DPO) is Nexus Protect, a specialist organisation providing expert guidance and oversight in data protection compliance.
