Community Use of Facilities at Newbridge Learning Community
At Newbridge Learning Community, we are proud to offer a wide range of sports, leisure, and educational facilities that are available for community hire. We welcome local groups, organisations, and businesses to make use of our site outside of normal school hours.
Working in Partnership with Wigan Community Lettings Ltd
Since October 2020, we have partnered with Wigan Community Lettings Ltd (WCL) to manage our facility hire. WCL is a trusted local company with over a decade of experience in the sports and leisure industry, specialising in working alongside schools to open their facilities to the wider community.
Their mission aligns closely with ours: to support local residents, clubs, and businesses by providing access to high-quality spaces for sports, dance, educational activities, and more. Whether you’re looking to run a weekly class, host a training session, or organise a community event, WCL ensures that all lettings are professionally managed, safe, and welcoming.
Since joining us, the team at WCL have worked diligently to re-establish our lettings provision, ensuring that our facilities are not only accessible but also maintained to a high standard. We’re excited to continue building this partnership and expanding opportunities for our community to benefit from everything Newbridge has to offer.
