Meet Our Pupil Family Partnership (PFP) Team 

At our school, we believe that strong relationships between students, families, school staff, and external professionals are key to helping young people thrive. That’s where our Pupil Family Partnership (PFP) Team comes in. 

The PFP Team plays a central role in supporting students’ wellbeing, engagement, and success – both in and out of the classroom. We work closely with families to provide joined-up, meaningful support tailored to each student’s needs.

Sam Lowe – Engagement Worker / Pupil Family Partnership Worker

Shell Neale – PFP Assistant 

Cath Bessell – Emotional Health & Wellbeing Coordinator / learning Mentor  

What We Do 

Provide one-to-one and group support for students 

Work closely with families to offer guidance, advice, and signposting 

Attend meetings and liaise with external professionals and agencies 

Support emotional wellbeing, social development, and engagement in learning
